This is a short trail that runs between the White Horse Trail and the Los Robles South Ridgeline Trail. The trail is actually an old fire break that was bulldozed to fight a brush fire in 1976. I remember when it was brand new and have regularly used the trail ever since. It's a small wonder that the trail has survived all these years. That said, the trail is badly eroded. Nevertheless, enough people travel on this trail that the brush has not been able to completely close the trail off.
