I know where some law could be enforced. How about dogs in state wilderness. Anyone take a trip to the waterfall lately? Last 1/2 dozen times I have been there, there have been no less than 4 dogs, and as many as a dozen. There was one trip where I went early morning to avoid everyone, only to be greeted by a snarling dog at the falls while his owner just looked on. Pretty bad when you hike to a destination and can't even get there because of someones ignorance. I am guessing if enforcing the law and generating revenue was serious, you could pass out a couple thousand dollars worth of tickets every weekend. But, no, we better stop those pesky geocachers. OK, stepping off the box........
